Privacy Policy

Peptiko supplies research reagents from Chișinău, Republic of Moldova, and is the data controller responsible for the personal data described in this policy.

When you place an order, we collect the information needed to process and deliver it: your name, phone number, delivery address, and any message you send to our support.

If you order through our Telegram bot or Mini App, we also record your Telegram identifier or username and your order history.

We do not collect or store any card or payment details, because all orders are paid by cash on delivery. We may also collect basic, privacy-respecting website analytics to keep the site working and improve it.

We use your personal data to process, fulfil, and deliver your order and to provide customer support. The legal basis for this is the performance of our contract with you.

We also keep certain records to meet our legal and accounting obligations, which is the legal basis for retaining that information.

We never sell your personal data, and we do not use it for purposes unrelated to your order, except the first-order code and the news you ask for yourself, described below.

When you order through @peptiko_bot or its Mini App, we store the details needed to fulfil your order: your name, phone number, delivery address, Telegram identifier or username, and your order history.

We use this information solely to prepare, confirm, and deliver your order and to respond to your messages. Any support messages you send are kept with your order so that we can assist you.

When you tap a link on the site that opens @peptiko_bot, the link gets a short random code made up at that moment, and we record the tap under that code: which button it was, the products in the link, the page, the first page of your visit, the website you came from (its domain only), campaign tags in the page address (utm), the page language and the type of device (phone, tablet or computer). We do not record your IP address, and no cookie is set for this. The first page of the visit and where it came from are kept in your browser tab and disappear when you close it.

If you then start a chat with the bot, the bot keeps the same code with your Telegram account, so we can see which page and button brought you. We use this only to understand which pages and buttons of the site work. It is not used for advertising, and the code is not sent to Google Analytics.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in improving the site. Tap records are kept for no longer than 180 days; the code the bot keeps is part of your conversation history with it. You can object or ask for deletion at info@peptiko.md.

If you ask us to tell you when a sold-out product is back, we store the contact you choose — an email address, or your Telegram identifier when you ask through @peptiko_bot or its Mini App — together with the product and the language you asked in.

We use that contact only to send you one message when that product is back in stock. It is not added to any mailing list and is not used for anything else. The legal basis is your request (consent).

The contact is deleted as soon as you use the cancel link in that message, and in any case no later than 90 days after you joined. You can also ask us to delete it at any time at info@peptiko.md.

Until 24 October 2026 the site may offer 10% off a first order in exchange for a contact. If you accept, we store the contact you choose — an email address, or your Telegram identifier when you ask through @peptiko_bot — together with the code issued to it, the language and the date. We use it to issue the code once per person, to send the code to that address (that email is the direct answer to your request) and to count how the offer performs. The legal basis is your request.

News about restocks and offers is a separate choice: an unticked box under the email field, or a separate button in the bot. Only if you tick the box or press the button do we record your consent — the contact, the date, where you gave it and the exact wording you agreed to — and send you such news. Leaving it empty subscribes you to nothing.

The contact a code was issued to is deleted 90 days after the request. A consent to news is kept until you withdraw it.

To withdraw, use the unsubscribe link in any of our emails, or send /unsubscribe (or press “Unsubscribe”) in @peptiko_bot; you can also write to info@peptiko.md. It takes effect at once, and in any case within 72 hours. After you unsubscribe we keep only the contact and the date you withdrew, so that we never write to you again. Messages about your own orders are not affected.

In your browser we remember that the offer was shown or closed, so it does not come back, and, if you chose email, your code, so that checkout fills it in. These entries stay in your browser and are not sent to us.

We share your data only with the parties strictly necessary to complete your order: the delivery couriers who bring it to you, and our infrastructure and email providers who host our systems and handle order communications.

Delivery is handled by courier within Chișinău and by Nova Post elsewhere in Moldova; we do not deliver outside Moldova. These providers receive only the details needed to deliver your order.

Our website and order data are hosted on infrastructure providers such as Netlify and Supabase, and we use an email provider for order correspondence. We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.

We keep your personal data only as long as needed to fulfil your order and to satisfy our legal and accounting obligations.

Once these purposes are met, we delete the information.

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to certain processing, and to receive your data in a portable form.

Peptiko supplies research-grade peptide reagents for in-vitro laboratory and research use only. They are not pharmaceuticals, supplements, or products for human, veterinary, diagnostic, or therapeutic use, and we provide no dosing, medical, clinical, or usage guidance.

By ordering, you confirm that you are a qualified researcher or laboratory and that you are responsible for the lawful in-vitro use of the compounds and for compliance with your local import and handling rules. Every product is labelled Research Use Only; identity and purity are characterised by HPLC-MS, and every vial carries a lot number printed on its label.
