Peptiko supplies research reagents from Chișinău, Republic of Moldova, and is the data controller responsible for the personal data described in this policy.

When you place an order, we collect the information needed to process and deliver it: your name, phone number, delivery address, and any message you send to our support.

If you order through our Telegram bot or Mini App, we also record your Telegram identifier or username and your order history.

We do not collect or store any card or payment details, because all orders are paid by cash on delivery. We may also collect basic, privacy-respecting website analytics to keep the site working and improve it.

We use your personal data to process, fulfil, and deliver your order and to provide customer support. The legal basis for this is the performance of our contract with you.

We also keep certain records to meet our legal and accounting obligations, which is the legal basis for retaining that information.

We never sell your personal data, and we do not use it for purposes unrelated to your order.

When you order through @peptiko_bot or its Mini App, we store the details needed to fulfil your order: your name, phone number, delivery address, Telegram identifier or username, and your order history.

We use this information solely to prepare, confirm, and deliver your order and to respond to your messages. Any support messages you send are kept with your order so that we can assist you.

We share your data only with the parties strictly necessary to complete your order: the delivery couriers who bring it to you, and our infrastructure and email providers who host our systems and handle order communications.

Delivery is handled by courier within Chișinău and by Nova Post elsewhere in Moldova; export orders are delivered by courier. These providers receive only the details needed to deliver your order.

Our website and order data are hosted on infrastructure providers such as Netlify and Supabase, and we use an email provider for order correspondence. We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.

We keep your personal data only as long as needed to fulfil your order and to satisfy our legal and accounting obligations.

Once these purposes are met, we delete the information.

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to certain processing, and to receive your data in a portable form.

Peptiko supplies research-grade peptide reagents for in-vitro laboratory and research use only. They are not pharmaceuticals, supplements, or products for human, veterinary, diagnostic, or therapeutic use, and we provide no dosing, medical, clinical, or usage guidance.

By ordering, you confirm that you are a qualified researcher or laboratory and that you are responsible for the lawful in-vitro use of the compounds and for compliance with your local import and handling rules. Every product is labelled Research Use Only, and each order can be accompanied by a Certificate of Analysis.
