All personal data is processed on infrastructure hosted inside the European Economic Area. Technical and organisational measures are in place to protect data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure.

  • EU-based servers — data stored on Supabase (Frankfurt, DE) and Netlify (EU edge).
  • Encryption in transit — all traffic secured with HTTPS and TLS 1.3.
  • No payment data on our servers — card details and bank information are handled exclusively by PCI-compliant payment processors.
  • Access control — personal data is accessible only to authorised Peptiko personnel on a need-to-know basis.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only when strictly necessary to deliver the service you have requested or when required by law.

  • Shipping carriers — name and delivery address only, limited to what is required to route the parcel.
  • Payment processors — billing details handled directly by the processor; Peptiko receives only a transaction reference.
  • Legal authorities — disclosure only where we are compelled by a valid legal request, court order, or applicable regulation.
