Peptiko supplies research reagents from Chișinău, Republic of Moldova.

All products supplied by Peptiko are research-grade peptide reagents (research chemicals) intended exclusively for in-vitro laboratory and research use. Every product is labelled Research Use Only.

Our compounds are not pharmaceuticals, not dietary supplements, and are not intended or supplied for human, veterinary, diagnostic or therapeutic use. We do not provide dosing, medical, clinical or any usage guidance, and nothing on peptiko.md should be interpreted as such.

By ordering, you confirm that you are a qualified researcher or laboratory, or an authorised representative purchasing on their behalf, and that the reagents will be handled only by suitably qualified personnel in an appropriate research setting.

You are solely responsible for the lawful in-vitro use, handling and storage of the reagents and for compliance with all import, customs and other rules applicable in your jurisdiction. You must ensure that purchasing, receiving and using these compounds is permitted where you are located.

Orders can be placed through our website and through our Telegram channels (@peptiko_bot and its Mini App). An order becomes a binding contract once we confirm acceptance and arrange delivery.

Prices are shown in Moldovan lei (MDL). Payment is made by cash on delivery; we do not collect or store any card or other payment-card data. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion, for example where eligibility, stock or delivery cannot be satisfied.

Within Moldova, we deliver by courier in Chișinău and via Nova Post to the rest of the country. Orders outside Moldova are shipped by courier.

Delivery times and availability may vary with stock, destination and carrier. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.

Because the products are research reagents whose integrity depends on correct handling and storage, returns can be accepted only for items that are unopened, unused and in their original sealed packaging, and only after you contact us at info@peptiko.md. Reagents that have been opened, or whose seal is broken, cannot be returned for safety and quality reasons.

If a product arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us promptly at info@peptiko.md so we can arrange a replacement or resolve the issue. Any statutory rights you may have under the law of the Republic of Moldova are unaffected.

The reagents are supplied for research use only and "as is" for that purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peptiko is not liable for any use of the products outside their intended in-vitro research use, or for any loss or damage arising from misuse, improper handling, or use in breach of these Terms or of applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Moldova. Any dispute relating to these Terms or to your order shall be subject to the competent courts of the Republic of Moldova.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our operations or legal requirements. The version published on peptiko.md at the time of your order applies to that order.
